Bulgogi [불고기]

Bahan Utama :
(untuk 2 orang)

• 200g daging sapi 
• 30g bawang bombai
• 15g daun bawang
• 20g wortel
• 2 lembar jamur shitake

Bumbu :

• 2 sdm kecap asin
• 1 sdm arak masak
• 1 sdt gula pasir
• 1 sdt bawang putih cincang halus
• 1 sdm sari buah nanas
• 1 sdm sari buah pear
• 1 sdm minyak wijen
• 1/4 sdt lada
• 5 sdm air  

Cara Memasak..!!

 Daging sapi diiris dengan ketebalan 1mm lalu darahnya dilap

Jamur shitake direndam sebelumnya lalu dipotong

Bawang bombai dan wortel dipotong lalu daun bawang dipotong melintang

 Campur semua bahan saus

 Masukkan semua bahan termasuk daging sapi ke dalam saus lalu diaduk supaya bumbu-bumbunya meresap

Daging yang sudah dibumbui dipanggang lalu pindahkan ke piring
